I’ve been learning about removing energy blocks from my body and I kept coming across joint-rolling movements.
In a journey towards better flexibility and connective tissue, I want to give my body the best fighting chance at helping me make my dreams come true..
Supposedly, most of our energy block occur in our joints, which makes sense because a lot of stress is placed on our joints in order to keep up with our nonstop compound-muscle movements.
Our joints are strengthened through yoga and stretching. However, our joints will become tense and inflamed if we don’t roll them out and decompress them on a regular basis.
This is where decompression exercises come into play. By simple rolling out your joints and letting them come to a state of ease, you’re giving your body’s energy channels an easier chance to have free-flowing energy.
After all, our body is nothing but a big ball of energy that is in constant movement. Every part of the body is in constant communication with the rest of the body, so it’s our job to make sure we’re not living a sedentary lifestyle that is damaging to these various energy channels!
This is why I created a small video on my IGTV channel that goes through some easy movements that can help clear some of these energy blocks from your body! Once I learned about this, I knew I had to share it as fast as possible.
