Beginner’s Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Beginner’s Vinyasa classes are perfect for learning how to flow and breath into your body. Through slow-paced Vinyasa flows, you’ll deepen your practice by learning the subtle art of connecting your breath with movement.
Intermediate Power Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for experienced yogis who are ready to break a sweat, Mays Yoga Power Vinyasa classes are a great way to challenge yourself physically. Through sped up flows and advanced poses, these classes will take your asana (pose) practice to the next level!
Inversion/Acroyoga Workshop Class:
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Inversion/Vinyasa Workshop classes are a great way to deepen your practice and learn proper alignment through guided slow-paced flows, detailed posture/transition instruction, and individualized attention for inversion work.
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Yin classes are a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate yourself as you get ready for the new week. Yin yoga is a easy way to show your body & mind some love through stretching your connective tissue during guided meditation.
