Public Class Offerings & Descriptions:

Beginner’s Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Beginner’s Vinyasa classes are perfect for learning how to flow and breath into your body. Through slow-paced Vinyasa flows, you’ll deepen your practice by learning the subtle art of connecting your breath with movement.

Experienced Beginner’s Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for those who have some experience, Mays Yoga Intermediate Vinyasa classes are a great way to push yourself and deepen your practice. Perfect for athletes and fitness enthusiasts who may be new to yoga and want to physically challenge themselves.

Intermediate Power Vinyasa Yoga:
Suitable for experienced yogis who are ready to break a sweat, Mays Yoga Power Vinyasa classes are a great way to challenge yourself physically. Through sped up flows and advanced poses, these classes will take your asana (pose) practice to the next level!

Inversion/Vinyasa Flow Workshop:
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Inversion/Vinyasa Workshop classes are a great way to deepen your practice and learn proper alignment through guided slow-paced flows, detailed posture/transition instruction, and individualized attention for inversion work.

Yin Yoga:
Suitable for all levels, Mays Yoga Yin classes are a wonderful way to relax and rejuvenate yourself as you get ready for the new week. Yin yoga is a easy way to show your body & mind some love through stretching your connective tissue during guided meditation.

Prenatal Yoga:
For pregnant women who want to take care of their bodies during pregnancy, prenatal yoga can dramatically help. In this class, you’ll learn how to utilize your breath, reduce stress levels, maintain flexibility, and increase your comfort during labor!
